- For the first 7 days, we’ll be discussing things you need to give up or remove from your life. Things like other people’s opinions, comparing ourselves to others, and perfectionism, to name a few.
- In the second 7 days, we’ll be adding in the things that truly matter – your top priorities. Things like taking good care of yourself, looking for joy in the small moments, and discovering your gifts.
- Then in the last 7 days, we’ll be conquering ways to stay true to a life you want to live. Ways like setting boundaries, embracing each day as it is, and we’ll swing back around to do a deeper dive into other people’s opinions again (because this might be the thing we struggle with THE MOST).
By breaking this down into 21 separate days and tackling one topic at a time, it gives you time to really implement some action and sort through the things in your life that you’re needing to purge or add in.
